This company is fantastic !! So easy to use and even when I had a question, I just called them and they explained everything in detail. After trying to remember lost loved ones voices, we found old video tapes and after searching the internet for a company to try and digitalise them we came across each moment. They managed to clean and restore and put them all on a memory stick that we can watch for ever now! I’ve loved watching them, absolutely fantastic so would highly recommended this company. Long ago cherished memories

The items we sent to be converted from VHS tapes to DVD's, an Audio tape cassette to CD and negatives and slides to a memory stick were excellently done. Everyone who has seen and heard the finished articles has been very impressed. Excellent value for money and has been recommended several times. Excellent service

It is very easy to place an order as everything is organised by EachMoment. I ordered the digitisation of a large quantity of old Super 8 Cine film, Video 8 tapes, VHS tapes and photographic negatives. The process took about 3 weeks due to the quantity but it was well worth waiting for. I was absolutely delighted by the results and I feel reconnected with my past and people who were in my life as far back as the early 1950s. Incredible ! A lot of videocam footage transferred quickly.

I needed to get a lot of videocam cassette footage transferred as a surprise for a 70th birthday at relatively short notice. The team were very helpful when approached and were able to get me online access to the 39 tapes before I received the USBs so I could select specific videos for the party. One tape was also returned and cleaned up very quickly when it was found to have some tracking interference. We now have some great memories restored to share with the family and our grandchildren. What's the whole process from beginning to end?

Here's the whole process:

  1. Select Your Items & Pay £10 Deposit: Use our easy quote tool to select the media you want to convert and pay just £10 deposit to start your order.
  2. We email you an order confirmation and Welcome Guide.
  3. Receive Your Memory Box: Our secure courier will deliver your Memory Box to your door(order before 12pm for next day delivery).
  4. Pack Your Media: Carefully pack your old films, tapes, photos and more into your Memory Box. There are stickers in the box and a "Name-It Sheet", so you can tell us what to call the digital copy of each media item.
  5. Courier Collection: When you're ready,  our secure courier will collect your filled Memory Box and deliver it safely to our lab.
  6. Item Inspection & Invoice: Once we receive your Memory Box, our team will inspect each item. We'll then issue an invoice(minus your £10 deposit).
  7. Digitisation & Restoration: Once payment is successful, our expert team restores and digitizes your media. If any of your items turn out to be blank, you'll be refunded for them.
  8. Quality Control & Delivery: Your digitised memories go through quality control and are then uploaded to your complimentary cloud album. Any USBs or DVDs you've ordered will also be prepared.
  9. Return of Originals & Digital Copies: Our secure courier returns your Memory Box with your original media, along with your new digital memories.

You have 4 options. We guarantee that one of any option is sufficient to cover your whole order.

1. Cloud album - this is included with every order. It makes it easy to share your memories with your important people, wherever they are in the world.

2. Premium USB – This beautiful crystalline memory stick and gift box set is the most popular choice for presents. It's the perfect package for the gift of precious memories.

3. Classic USB – this sturdy steel memory stick is perfect for creating a physical backup of your most important family memories.

4. DVDs – A straightforward choice for those with a DVD player.

How do you keep my media safe?

We've invested thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of pounds into becoming the most secure digitisation service in the UK.

Here's how we've done it:

1. We designed the Memory Box to be lightweight yet crush-proof, so that your media is guaranteed to be safe in transit. We've never had a single item become damaged in our care.

2. We use the safest courier service in the UK. It's the same special branch of Parcelforce that AQA and Edexcel use to transport sealed A-levels to their headquarters. It's safe to say we've never had a single item become lost in our care.

3. We use a custom QR-code system to individually track every item throughout our facility.

I'm not sure what's on my media. Should I still put them in my Memory Box?

Not sure what's on your media?
Don't worry – this is very common with family media collections! Here's what you need to know:

1. Blank Media:
If any item turns out to be blank, you'll receive a full refund for that item.

2. Footage Present:
If there's any footage at all, we'll digitise it, even if it's:

  • Very brief clips
  • Unlabeled or mystery content
  • Mixed footage on one media item

Many customers discover forgotten family moments and precious memories they didn't know they had. Our restoration process can bring out details that aren't always clear when watching old media, so you might be surprised by the treasures we find!

Can you digitise media in bad condition?

Most of the time we can digitise media in bad condition.

We inspect all media upon its arrival at our lab. If it's in bad condition, it goes to our restoration team. They will get it ready it for digitisation at no extra charge.

In the rare instances where we cannot get a transfer, you will simply be refunded those items.

How long do I wait?

Standard Processing:

What is your "3-way secure courier" service?

A: Our "3-way secure courier" service is designed to make digitising your precious memories as safe and convenient as possible. It covers three key stages of your order:

  1. Delivery of your Memory Box to you: We securely send your specially designed Memory Box directly to your doorstep so you can safely pack your media.
  2. Collection of your Memory Box from you: Once you've packed your media, our secure courier will collect your filled Memory Box from your chosen address and transport it safely to our specialist digitisation lab.

How much does Rush Processing cost?
